Pride festivals are always a fantastic opportunity to take photos of wonderfully odd, beautiful and unusual people. The brilliant celebration of lifestyle is augmented with colour, dress, smiles, protest, parade, music, and most importantly – good spirits!
The city of London showed its support with many of the rest of the major cities in the world at this year’s London Pride parade which stretches from Baker Street to Whitehall passing through Oxford Street, Regent Street, Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square. More than 30,000 people in more than 250 groups took part in this event with hundreds of thousands of people spectating!
