Photos from a very cold walk in Hampstead Heath with an inspiring friend and photography guru, Alan Schaller. As the wind was blowing all the will to live away from my body, some spectacular visions appeared and made everything better. I’m particularly proud of the black and white shot of the murder of crows that took off all of a sudden while Alan and I were trying to get a good shot of a characterful tree, and of the lovely old jack russell terrier doggy that was jogging delightfully after its owner.
The set includes a couple of shots of me taken by Alan while testing out the Auto Focus Tracking capabilities of my Canon 5D MkIII which did not disappoint!
I urge you to visit Alan’s website and Flickr feed for some outstanding photos of people in London and the world.
